  1. This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (the "Subscriber") and The Illustration Academy, Inc. (“Illustration Academy”), a Missouri corporation and involves the purchase of a subscription to access the content and features of the web site http://visualliteracyprogram.com (the “Site”).   This Agreement hereby incorporates the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and the Privacy Policy of the Site.  By submitting payment, the Subscriber represents and acknowledges it has read and fully understands the referenced Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site and agrees to be bound by the provisions therein.
  2. In consideration of receiving access to the content and features of the Site, Subscribers agree to a one-year minimum subscription.  Subscribers pay an annual fee each year to access the contents and features of the Site. This annual fee can be paid using one of two payment options.  The first option is a lump sum of $495.00, tax included, due prior to obtaining access to the Site.  The second option involves twelve (12) monthly payments of $45.00, tax included.  The Subscription Agreement is valid as of the date of payment and Subscriber will have access to the contents and features of the Site for exactly one year from the date of payment. Upon the passing of one year, this Subscription Agreement will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis for a renewal cost of $45.00 per month, tax included, unless Subscriber notifies Academy in writing at:

Otherwise, Subscriber is agrees to pay the fore mentioned monthly fee, which will be withdrawn from the account provided when initially executing this Agreement.  If Subscriber does not pay the monthly renewal annual fee within 30 days of any renewal date, the subscription will terminate and all access to the site will be eliminated. These fees may change at the sole discretion of Illustration Academy.
  3. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Site may be changed by Illustration Academy from time to time.  Please review the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of the Site from time to time.  In addition, Subscribers may be notified of changes through the Site (http://visualliteracyprogram.com), and in other Academy correspondence to Subscriber.
  4. All of the contents of the Site are copyrighted and each party’s obligations are set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
  5. Illustration Academy liability for any loss or damage arising out of your subscription is limited to the annual fee paid to Illustration Academy by the subscriber.
  6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
  7. Illustration Academy subscription is non transferable. Illustration Academy subscription benefits are only available to the individual Subscriber; therefore, Subscriber agrees not to share their user name and password with any third party or let any third party access or view the materials on the Site.
  8. This Agreement and the incorporated Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy shall be the entire agreement between the parties.
  9. This Agreement is severable; therefore, if any term or provision in the Agreement is found to be void, against public policy, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction and such finding or order becomes final with all appeals exhausted, then the offending provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.  If the offending provision cannot be so modified, then the same shall be deemed stricken from the Agreement in its entirety, and the remainder of this Agreement shall survive with the said offending provision eliminated.
